cal. "THUNDER" VERY GOOD CONDITION |

This is a .41 caliber
Colt double action "Lightning" revolver. Approximately
30% - 40% of original case coloring remains on the
frame. Barrel and cylinder have at least that much
original blue remaining as well. Hard rubber grips are
in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. Colt
logo on both sides. Action tight and crisp. Serial
#107583 matching throughout. Good clean "untouched" all
original Colt "Thunder" revolver. |

McKEEVER NATIONAL GUARD CARTRIDGE BOX |

Indian War Period
McKeever cartridge box with the brass National Guard
insignia made of stamped brass attached to the outer
flap. Leather is in good condition on this cartridge box
with no flaking or crazing. Interior canvas webbing is
also in very good pliable condition. All straps and
closure tab are intact and in good condition as well.
This cartridge box still retains two of it's original
45'70 cartridges also. |

McKEEVER NEW JERSEY CARTRIDGE BOX |

Indian War Period
McKeever cartridge box with the brass New Jersey
insignia made of stamped brass face and solder filled
back attached to the outer
flap. Leather is in good condition on this cartridge box
with no flaking or crazing. Interior canvas webbing is
also in very good pliable condition. Retains all of it's
original empty 45/70 brass cartridges. All straps and
closure tab are intact and in good condition as well.
Still retains it's gun tool also. |

IDENTIFIED GAR FROCK COAT |

Almost mint for condition GAR
single breasted frock coat. Manufactured by Ames and
identified to E.M. Thomas of the 52nd Illinois
Infantry Regiment. Saw service in practically all of the
Western Theater battles and campaigns. Frock coat is
practically flawless and very well constructed. Would be
hard pressed to find a better conditioned coat and this
one is even positively identified. |

CANTEEN w/COVER & UNIT DESIGNATION |

Some soiling to the canvas
cover ,which only gives it some character, is about the
only thing you could say is a problem with this nice
example. Clear crisp letters are stenciled onto the
front of the canteen. Stitching on the cover is complete
and there are no rips or tears to the canvas cover. Nice
untouched example. |

Nice clean untouched Indian War
canteen modified from a Model 1858 Civil War era
canteen. Brown canvas cover in very good condition with
no tears. Spout with cork and attachment hook are
intact. Two sling attachment hooks are even present.
Nice conditioned Indian War eras soldier's canteen. |

Nice modified Civil War canteen
converted to Indian War usage. Sling and entire canteen
are in very fine used condition. Couple stain spots on
the cover with no rips or tears. Complete stopper with
cork as well. Strap is very strong and supple. Nice all
original Indian War complete canteen |
